Ingredients for Sukhi Seviyan :
- 2 cup vermicelli
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered green cardamom
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 1/2 cup mixed dry fruits
How to Cook Sukhi Seviyan :
- Put a non-stick pan on medium flame and heat ghee in it. Then lightly crush the vermicelli and put it in the pan. Roast the vermicelli until golden brown in colour.
- Then add sugar, green cardamon powder, mixed dry fruits (which includes almonds, cashews and raisins) along with water. When the water starts boiling, cover with a lid and cook on low flame till all the liquid is absorbed.
- Garnish the Sukhi Seviyan with dry fruits and serve.
