Ingredients to make white chicken korma (Pakistani style) :
- Ghee -6tbsp
- Chicken leg pieces 4(1kg)
- 2 Black Cardamom
- 2green Cardamom,
- 2 clove,
- 6black peppers,
- 1/2 cinnamon stick,
- black cumin (shah jeera)1/2 tbsp
- Ginger paste-1 tbsp
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- fresh Cream 2tbsp
- keora Water 1tbsp
- Yogurt 3 tbsp
- Almonds 8
- 2 small Onions sliced
- Salt as needed
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- 4 dry red chili
- dry red chili seeds
How to make white chicken korma (Pakistani style) :

Heat the pan with ghee and add sliced onions and fry them until golden brown .

Add almonds cool these completely.

Add the cooled fried onions and nuts to a blender jar .

Add yogurt as well.Make a smooth paste .set it aside.

Heat the same pan and pour ghee in it.

Add the Black and green cardamom,clove cinnamon,Black peppers,Black cumin (shah jeera).

Add the chicken leg pieces and continue cooking till the chicken change colour.

Now add ginger garlic paste,salt and sugar.cook for 2mins.

Then add the onions,yogurt and almonds paste .cook for 3 mins and add little water.cover and simmer for 8 to 10 mins.

Then add dry red chili seeds powder and keora water and cook for 2mins

Add fresh cream 1 and 1/2 tbsp and cook over a low heat for about 20 mins or until chicken is tender.

Take another small pan and pour ghee and fry 4 red chili

Garnish with dry red chili and fresh cream and served hot
