How to make Veg manchurian balls

    Ingredients to make Veg manchurian  balls :

  • One and half cup grated Cauliflower
  • One and half cup Carrot grated
  • Half cup finely sliced green Capsicum
  • 1/4 th tsp black Pepper
  • Salt per taste
  • 2 tbsp Cornflour
  • 2 tbsp Maida
  • Oil for frying

    How to make Veg manchurian balls :

  • Firstly squeeze the excess water from carrot and cauliflower.Keep it slightly moist.
  • To it add capsicum.
  • Then salt, pepper, cornflour, maida.
  • Mix all no need to add water.
  • If required add little bit more both maida and cornflour for binding as it depends how water is squeezed from veggies.
  • Make small balls of it.
  • Heat oil then at medium to high flame fry balls.
  • Fry them twice for crispiness.
  • Enjoy.
