Ingredients to make Veg manchurian balls :
- One and half cup grated Cauliflower
- One and half cup Carrot grated
- Half cup finely sliced green Capsicum
- 1/4 th tsp black Pepper
- Salt per taste
- 2 tbsp Cornflour
- 2 tbsp Maida
- Oil for frying
How to make Veg manchurian balls :
Firstly squeeze the excess water from carrot and cauliflower.Keep it slightly moist.
To it add capsicum.
Then salt, pepper, cornflour, maida.
Mix all no need to add water.
If required add little bit more both maida and cornflour for binding as it depends how water is squeezed from veggies.
Make small balls of it.
Heat oil then at medium to high flame fry balls.
Fry them twice for crispiness.
