Ingredients to make Turmeric Ginger Pickle :
- Fresh Turmeric – 150 gm
- Ginger – 50 gm
- Green chili – 4
- Mustard – 1 tbsp
- Lemon Juice – 3-4 tbsp
- Oil – 1tsp
- Salt to taste
How to make Turmeric Ginger Pickle :
- Roast 1 tbsp mustard for 15 second.
- Grind it into a coarse powder.
- Mix 150 gms sliced turmeric, 50 gms ginger, 4 green chilies.
- Add salt to taste, 1 tbsp mustard powder, 1 tsp oil.
- Add 3-4 tbsp lemon juice, mix well.
- Transfer it to a jar.
