    Ingredients to make Turmeric Ginger Pickle :

  • Fresh Turmeric – 150 gm
  • Ginger – 50 gm
  • Green chili – 4
  • Mustard – 1 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice – 3-4 tbsp
  • Oil – 1tsp
  • Salt to taste

    How to make Turmeric Ginger Pickle :

  • Roast 1 tbsp mustard for 15 second.
  • Grind it into a coarse powder.
  • Mix 150 gms sliced turmeric, 50 gms ginger, 4 green chilies.
  • Add salt to taste, 1 tbsp mustard powder, 1 tsp oil.
  • Add 3-4 tbsp lemon juice, mix well.
  • Transfer it to a jar.
