How to make Turkish Egg

    Ingredients to make Turkish Egg :

  • Eggs
  • Water as required
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Yogurt
  • Cloves minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Paprika as needed

    How to make Turkish Egg :

  • In a large saucepan add water, vinegar and salt.
  • Bring to boil over high flame.
  • When the water is boiling, reduce the heat and break the eggs into water separately.
  • Cooks properly until the whites have sets over the yolk.
  • Then remove the eggs with a slotted spoon in a service plate.
  • Melt butter in a pan, add paprika and minced garlic.
  • Stir them in a low flame.
  • Pour beaten curd over the eggs and then the melted butter.
  • Sprinkle some salt and black pepper over it.
  • Ready to serve.
