Ingredients to make Turkish Egg :
- 2 Eggs
- Water as required
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Yogurt
- 2 Cloves minced Garlic
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Paprika as needed
How to make Turkish Egg :
In a large saucepan add water, vinegar and salt.
Bring to boil over high flame.
When the water is boiling, reduce the heat and break the eggs into water separately.
Cooks properly until the whites have sets over the yolk.
Then remove the eggs with a slotted spoon in a service plate.
Melt butter in a pan, add paprika and minced garlic.
Stir them in a low flame.
Pour beaten curd over the eggs and then the melted butter.
Sprinkle some salt and black pepper over it.
Ready to serve.
