Ingredients to make Turkish Adana Kebabs :
- Ground lamb 400gm
- Kosher Salt a tsp
- Sumac 2 to 3 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Yoghurt 1 cup
- Olive oil 4 tsp
- Red Chilli flakes 1 tbsp
- Cumin powder a tbsp
- Ginger garlic mince a tbsp
- Yellow bell Pepper 1 finely chopped
- Onion 1 finely chopped
- Green bell Pepper chopped 1
How to make Turkish Adana Kebabs :
Mix all the ingredients with the ground meat and refrigerate it overnight.
Next day, grill them for 12 mins.
But I shallow fried them right in my kitchen and they tasted equally yum.
Serve them with onion rings and lemon wedges.
