    Ingredients to make Turkish Adana Kebabs :

  • Ground lamb 400gm
  • Kosher Salt a tsp
  • Sumac 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Yoghurt 1 cup
  • Olive oil 4 tsp
  • Red Chilli flakes 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder a tbsp
  • Ginger garlic mince a tbsp
  • Yellow bell Pepper 1 finely chopped
  • Onion 1 finely chopped
  • Green bell Pepper chopped 1

    How to make Turkish Adana Kebabs :

  • Mix all the ingredients with the ground meat and refrigerate it overnight.
  • Next day, grill them for 12 mins.
  • But I shallow fried them right in my kitchen and they tasted equally yum.
  • Serve them with onion rings and lemon wedges.
