    Ingredients to make Thalipeeth – A Maharastrian Bread 

  • Wheat Flour 1 cup
  • Gram Flour 1/4 cup
  • Yellow corn Flour /makke ka ata 4 tbsp
  • Jwar Flour 1/2 cup
  • Rice Flour1/4 cup
  • Fenugreek leaves 1/2 cup finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  • Green Chilli 2 finely chopped
  • Onion 1 finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chilli powder 1tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp for adding to the Flour
  • Oil for brushing as needed
  • Water as needed

    How to make Thalipeeth – A Maharastrian Bread :

  • Mix all the flours in a vessel
  • Add fenugreek leaves coriender leaves onion green chilli
  • Add oil salt red chilli powder turmeric powder to the flours mix well
  • Add water and make a normal dough
  • Take some portion of dough make a medium sized ball
  • Roll it with the help of your hands and cook it on hot tava on medium flame
  • While cooking apply oil on the both the sides of bread
  • Cook till crisp in r Texture serve with pithal or any kind of curry or chutney
