    Ingredients to make Rawa Dosa Recipe :

  • 1/2 cup Semolina/ Suji
  • 1/2 Cup Rice Flour
  • 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • Salt to Taste
  • 1 Tablespoon Cumin Seeds
  • Green Chillies
  • Water as necessary

    How to make Rawa Dosa Recipe :

  • In a wide mixing bowl add all the flours
  • Chop green chillies
  • add salt and cumin seeds to the flours
  • add chopped chilies also
  • mix them well.
  • add enough water to it to make a thin batter.
  • mix the batter so that there won’t be any lumps formed in it.
  • the batter should be thin and pouring consistency.
  • heat the iron griddle or nonstick pan.
  • take a small tumbler to pour the dosa batter.
  • pour a tumbler full of batter over the hot tawa inwardly in a circular form.
  • add a spoonful of oil and cook for a minute.
  • once the dosa cooks, it automatically leaves the tawa in the edges.
  • slowly flip it with the help of a spatula, and cook for one more minute.
  • repeat the same with the rest of the batter.
  • serve crispy rawa dosa with potato curry, coconut chutney,
