INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Fresh Pineapple cored and chopped or eight sliced king pineapple
- 2 Pear cored and chopped
- 50 gm salted cashew nuts
- 50 gm walnuts chopped
- 6 tsp Mayonnaise
- ½ cup cream or top of milk
- 2-3 tsp Lemon Juice
- ½ tsp red chili powder and few lettuce leafs for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
Method to Prepare Pineapple Nuts Veg. Salad:
- Place the pineapple, pear in a bowl
- Sprinkle with lemon juice and tossed them
- Add the remaining ingredients accept the lettuce and Mix well
- Line the serving dish with lettuce leafs
- Pile the salad on top and sprinkle the red chili powder and serve
