How to make Perfect Sabudana Khichdi

    Ingredients to make Perfect Sabudana Khichdi :

  • Sabudana 1cup
  • Potatoes chopped 1 medium size
  • Tomato chopped 1 medium size
  • Coriander leaves 1/4cup
  • Peanut 1/2 cup
  • Green chillie 2 chopped
  • Peanut oil 1tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1tsp
  • Vrat Salt to taste

    How to make Perfect Sabudana Khichdi :

  • Wash sabudana and soak it for 5 hour.. 1 and half cup water required.
  • Take more then half peanuts roast and make a powder in mixer grinder.
  • Mix peanut powder in to soaked sabudana…add salt in sabudana mix well.
  • Heat oil add cumin seeds then green chillie…now add potatoes.
  • Cook until color change add peanuts cook it now add tomatoes.
  • Mix well Cook for some time add salt.
  • Now put sabudana and mix well.
  • Spread 1tsp water over sabudana and cover the lid.
  • Cook for 2 minutes in low flame.
  • Now stir it add coriander leaves cover lid cook for another 2 minute.
  • Sabudana khichdi is ready to serve.
