How to make Mix Veg (easily & fastly)

  • Serves: 4 People 

    Ingredients to make Mix Veg :

  • Cauliflower small floret 1
  • Peas 1/2 cup
  • Capsicums 2 medium sized
  • Carrots 3
  • French beans 9-11
  • Onions chopped 1 cup
  • Tomatoes chopped 3/4 cup
  • Potatoes 1 medium sized
  • Bay Leaves 2
  • Black Cardamoms 2
  • Cinnamon 1″
  • Cloves 2
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
  • Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
  • Dried Methi seeds1 tbsp
  • Degi mirch 1 tsp
  • Ginger and garlic chopped 2 tbsp
  • Green Chillies chopped 3-4
  • Tava fry Masala 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp 

    How to make Mix Veg :

  • Wash and cut the vegetables in desired shapes and place it in the microwave covered for 5-6 minutes. Leave it inside for 5-10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, heat oil add cumin seeds, bay leaves, cinnamon, black cardamom, cloves, ginger and garlic, turmeric, degi mirch , onions.
  • Saute till the oil separates, then add tomatoes, green chilli and saute till it’s done.
  • Add the vegetables, salt, garam masala, methi, cover and cook on a low flame for 5-6 minutes.
  • Add the tava fry masala and coriander leaves.
