    Ingredients to make Menemen (Turkish breakfast ) :

  • Eggs 3
  • green Pepper 1
  • Onion 1
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil.

How to make Menemen (Turkish breakfast ) :

  • Finely chop onion & green pepper.
  • Boil some water & put tomatoes in it. Remove from fire.
  • After sometime take them out & remove skin.
  • Finely chop, u can blend in mixi also.
  • Then cooking will b easier.
  • Heat a pan with 2 tsp of oil. Add onion .fry well.
  • Then add green pepper. Let it cook for a few sec.
  • Then add tomatoes.
  • Cook well till it stops bubbling & tomatoes are well mashed.
  • Then finally add well beaten eggs.
  • Spread the eggs all over it. Stir slowly with lot of care.
  • Remove when it s almost set & serve hot with bread.
