How to make Mango Roll

    Ingredients to make Mango Roll :

  • Mango pulp of 2 Mangoes
  • 150 gms Sugar
  • Powdered Cashew (Kaju Kani)
  • Melon Seeds (Optional)
  • Edible decorations (Optional)

    How to make Mango Roll :

  • Take Mango pulp of 2 Mangoes with 100-150 gms sugar.
  • Mix to get a fine paste in a mixie.
  • Then on a low flame in an open pan cook for about 15 to 20 minutes stirring continuously and then spread it with a flat spoon on a thali/thali’s to make a thin layer.
  • Allow to cool naturally from 8 to 24 hours depending on the room environment. Slice strips like we do for a Patra.
  • Roll and decorate with kaju kani ( Powdred Cashew) or melon seeds or any edible decorations.
