Ingredients to make Maharastrian Style Green Chili Garlic Chutney :
- Green chilies 8
- Garlic Cloves (Cleaned randomly) 4-5
- Coriander( finely chopped) 2 Tbsp
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt as per taste
How to make Maharastrian Style Green Chili Garlic Chutney :
Roast green chilies in a pan on medium heat for a minute, keep stirring.
Roast till chilies get brown spots and become little soft.
Add garlic and roast for 30 seconds.
Now shift them into mortar and pestle, add salt and crush it coarsely.
Add chopped coriander and oil and mix well.
Thecha is ready to be served.
Enjoy with bajarichi bhakri/bajra roti and onion.
