Ingredients to make Lacha Paratha :
- Whole Wheat Flour – 2 cups
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Ghee/ Butter – 1/2 cup
- Warm Water as required
How to make Lacha Paratha :

Make a dough from a mixture of the whole wheat flour, salt and warm water. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.

Roll a roti and spread ghee on it, then sprinkle dry flour on it.

Start folding the roti in zig zag method or a fan folding method. Fold the roti and roll it once again.

Cook these rotis on a tawa by applying oil on both sides.

Serve hot with some pickle or chutney on the side.
