How to make Lacha Paratha

    Ingredients to make Lacha Paratha :

  • Whole Wheat Flour – 2 cups
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp
  • Ghee/ Butter – 1/2 cup
  • Warm Water as required

    How to make Lacha Paratha :

  • Make a dough from a mixture of the whole wheat flour, salt and warm water. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  • Roll a roti and spread ghee on it, then sprinkle dry flour on it.
  • Start folding the roti in zig zag method or a fan folding method. Fold the roti and roll it once again.
  • Cook these rotis on a tawa by applying oil on both sides.
  • Serve hot with some pickle or chutney on the side.
