How to make Japanese Egg Rolls

    Ingredients to cook Japanese Egg Rolls :

  • Egg 3
  • Carrot 1 medium finely chopped
  • Green bell Pepper 1/2 finely chopped
  • Red bell Pepper 1/2 finely chopped
  • Onion 1 finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Oil 3-4 tsp

    How to cook Japanese Egg Rolls :

  • In a bowl break the egg and beat the eggs nicely.
  • Add in salt, pepper powder, carrot, bell peppers, onion and mix well.
  • Heat a non stick frying pan on low heat, drizzle the oil over the tawa.
  • When the oil is hot pour a thin layer of the egg mixture and slightly tilt the pan so that it coats evenly on the pan.
  • When the egg gets cooked slightly take a spatula and start rolling the egg from one side.
  • Now pull and move the rolled egg to one side from where you started to roll.
  • Grease the pan slightly again and pour another layer of egg mixture on the other side.
  • When the egg is cooked on the other side, roll the egg again.
  • Continue the same process till egg mixture is over.
  • When the egg is rolled completely flip it and cook gently by pacing the spatula over it so that it forms into a nice square shape.
  • Take it on a cutting board and slice into small pieces and serve as it is or with any sauce of your choice.
