Ingredients to make Hydrabadi Paneer :
- 50 gram Paneer
- 1 cup Coriander
- 15 leaves Palak
- 2 tbsp Curd
- 2 tbsp fresh Cream or Malai
- 1 green Chilli
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 large Onion
- half inch Ginger
- 10 clove Garlic
- 2 Bay Leaf
- Salt to taste
- 2 teaspoon kasuri Methi
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- half teaspoon Turmeric
- 2 tbsp Oil
How to make Hydrabadi Paneer :
- In a pan heat oil ,add onion, chillies, ginger and garlic.saute
- Add tomatoes
- Cook tomatoes till soften.add palak.
- Cook the palak for 2mins.add corrinder.
- Off the flame immediately.
- Make fine paste.
- Heat pan.add oil.
- Add bay leaf.
- Add chillies.
- Add palak paste.
- Saute for 8 mins.
- Curd & fresh cream.
- Add curd
- Add fresh cream.
- Mix wel.
- Cover with lid.
- When gravy leaves oil.add termeric & salt.
- Add garam masala.
- Mix wel.
- Add paneer.
- Add kasuri methi.cook for 2mins.
