How to make Hydrabadi Paneer

    Ingredients to make Hydrabadi Paneer :

  • 50 gram Paneer
  • 1 cup Coriander
  • 15 leaves Palak
  • 2 tbsp Curd
  • 2 tbsp fresh Cream or Malai
  • 1 green Chilli
  • Tomatoes
  • 1 large Onion
  • half inch Ginger
  • 10 clove Garlic
  • Bay Leaf
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoon kasuri Methi
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • half teaspoon Turmeric
  • 2 tbsp Oil

    How to make Hydrabadi Paneer :

  • In a pan heat oil ,add onion, chillies, ginger and garlic.saute
  • Add tomatoes
  • Cook tomatoes till soften.add palak.
  • Cook the palak for 2mins.add corrinder.
  • Off the flame immediately.
  • Make fine paste.
  • Heat pan.add oil.
  • Add bay leaf.
  • Add chillies.
  • Add palak paste.
  • Saute for 8 mins.
  • Curd & fresh cream.
  • Add curd
  • Add fresh cream.
  • Mix wel.
  • Cover with lid.
  • When gravy leaves oil.add termeric & salt.
  • Add garam masala.
  • Mix wel.
  • Add paneer.
  • Add kasuri methi.cook for 2mins.
