Ingredients to make Hydrabadi nankatai biscuits :

  • Roasted Gram Flour 1/2 cup
  • All Purpose Flour 1 cup
  • Semolina 2 tsp
  • Butter 100 grms
  • Suger 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt a pinch
  • Baking powder 1/2 spoon
  • Almond chopped few
  • Parchment paper

    How to make Hydrabadi nankatai biscuits :

  • Beat butter in whisker or hand blender then add powdered sugar then beat it till soft creamy
  • Now seive dry ingredients all purpose flour, roasted grm flour, rava, baking powder, salt, cardamom powder in to butter cream and Mix well
  • Kneed gently don’t over kneed it must be like roti dough consistency
  • Now make small small balls then garnish with chopped almond
  • Now arrange in baking tray on parchment paper
  • Now pre heat oven at 180 ° and bake it for 15 min
  • You could feel Awesome aroma all over in your house
  • Its ready cool it in cooling rack
