    Ingredients to make Hydrabad mutton kheema :

  • Yogart 1/2 cup
  • Mutton minnsed 500 grms
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Tumeric 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Ginger 1 inch
  • Oil 4 tsp
  • Green Cardamom 2-3
  • Black Cardamom 1
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Clove 4
  • Cinamom stick 1 inch
  • Black peper Corns 6
  • Onion chopped 4 medium
  • Green Chilli 3
  • Red Chilli 1 tsp
  • Corriander 1 tsp
  • Tomato 1
  • Fresh corriander chopped 2 tsp

    How to make Hydrabad mutton kheema :

  • Mix minced meat,yogurt,salt,tumeric powder and garlic paste. Set aside for an hour.
  • Heat oil and add cumin seeds,green cardamoms,black cardamom,clove,cinnamom,clove and black peppercorns and sautr till fragrants.
  • Add onion till it turn colour.
  • Add ginger,garlic,green chillies,red chilli powder and coriander powder. Saute for a mi. And add tomatoes.
  • Finally add meet and cook on meadium heat for 20 to 35 min
  • Ready to serve.
