    Ingredients to make Hyderabad Cabbage Coconut Fry :

  • 1kg Cabbage finely grated
  • 2cup Coconut fresh and grated
  • 1tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 3-4 Curry Leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Green Chillies chopped
  • 1tsp Chana Dal soaked
  • A pinch of Turmeric

    How to make Hyderabad Cabbage Coconut Fry 

  • Heat oil in a wok, add mustard seeds, ginger juliens and green chillies and saute for a minute
  • Now add chana dal, curry leaves and coconut and stir
  • Now add cabbage and turmeric and saute for 5mins
  • Ready garnish with coriander leaves
