How to make Gobi Paratha

    Ingredients to make Gobi Paratha :

  • Cauliflower 1 medium size
  • Green Chillies 2/3
  • Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Red Chilli powder 1 / 2 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil to fry
  • 2 cups whole Wheat Flour.
  • Water for making the dough.

    How to make Gobi Paratha :

  • First make a soft dough and keep aside.
  • Grate the cauliflower finely add to it the chopped green chillies and coriander leaves.
  • Add the cumin seeds, red chilli powder and salt.
  • Mix well.
  • Now make a ball from the dough and flatten a little.
  • Take a small portion from the cauliflower mixture and put on the flattened dough and seal well.
  • Roll out like a roti add flour dust to avoid sticking.
  • Heat a girdle and put the roti drizzle oil from sides and cook both sides on low flame.
  • Serve hot with a chutney or sauce of your choice.
