Ingredients to make Gobi Paratha :
- Cauliflower 1 medium size
- Green Chillies 2/3
- Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Red Chilli powder 1 / 2 tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Oil to fry
- 2 cups whole Wheat Flour.
- Water for making the dough.
How to make Gobi Paratha :
First make a soft dough and keep aside.
Grate the cauliflower finely add to it the chopped green chillies and coriander leaves.
Add the cumin seeds, red chilli powder and salt.
Now make a ball from the dough and flatten a little.
Take a small portion from the cauliflower mixture and put on the flattened dough and seal well.
Roll out like a roti add flour dust to avoid sticking.
Heat a girdle and put the roti drizzle oil from sides and cook both sides on low flame.
Serve hot with a chutney or sauce of your choice.
