Ingredients to make Feta thyme cake( turkish salty cake) :
- Maida– 2 cups
- Baking powder-2teaspoon
- Baking Soda-1/2 teaspoon
- Salt-1/2 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil/ Corn oil- 1/2 cup
- Yogurt-1/2 cup
- Feta cheese-1 cup
How to make Feta thyme cake( turkish salty cake) :
In a blender , add all ingredients and blend well .
Grease a cake pan with butter and dust it with little flour and now transfer the blended batter into the greased pan.
Preheat oven at 180 C and bake for 45 min . Insert a tooth pick and check if it needs 5 more min to bake.
When done, transfer the cake pan onto cooling rack.
Cut into slices and serve hot and store the remaining cake in refrigerator.
