How to make Egg roll

    Ingredients to make Egg roll :

  • All Purpose Flour…3 cup
  • Egg..5
  • Chopped Onion…1 bowl
  • Chopped Cucumber….1 bowl
  • Coriander leaves (optional)
  • Salt
  • Red Chilli powder
  • Green Chilli(optional)
  • Chaat Masala
  • Cumin powder
  • Tomato Sauce

    How to make Egg roll :

  • Make a dough of all purpose flour,salt,cumin powder, red chilli powder,oil & ajwain.
  • Keep aside the dough for 15 mins.
  • Make chapati from this dough
  • Beat egg with salt, red chilli powder, pepper powder & turmeric powder
  • Heat oil in a pan ,add egg mixture & gently swirl the pan so that it spreads.
  • Cook the egg for few seconds & then place the chapati on the top of it.
  • Let it cook for few seconds & then gently flip & let the other side cook for few seconds.
  • Transfer it to a plate.
  • Add cucumber, onion, tomato sauce,chaat masala & coriander leaves in the centre of the chapati.
  • Finally wrap it with a paper.
