Ingredients to make Egg Roast :
- 4 Boiled Eggs
- 1 tbsp Ginger and garlic crushed
- 2 Green Chillies sliced
- 2 Onions sliced
- 2 Tomatoes sliced
- 1 tbsp Chilli powder
- 2 tbsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 tbsp Coconut /Vegetable Oil
- Salt to taste
- A few Curry Leaves
How to make Egg Roast :
Heat oil in a pan. Add crushed ginger and garlic, green chillies, onion and stir fry till onions become brown.
Mix all the masala’s together and make a paste.Add the masala paste into the pan and mix well.
Now add the tomatoes and curry leaves and roast well till oil comes out, when masala is cooked add some water and cover with the lid.
Add the boiled eggs when the gravy becomes thick.
Garnish with more curry leaves and serve.
