How to make Egg Roast

    Ingredients to make Egg Roast :

  • 4 Boiled Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Ginger and garlic crushed
  • Green Chillies sliced
  • Onions sliced
  • Tomatoes sliced
  • 1 tbsp Chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 2 tbsp Coconut /Vegetable Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • A few Curry Leaves

    How to make Egg Roast :

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add crushed ginger and garlic, green chillies, onion and stir fry till onions become brown.
  • Mix all the masala’s together and make a paste.Add the masala paste into the pan and mix well.
  • Now add the tomatoes and curry leaves and roast well till oil comes out, when masala is cooked add some water and cover with the lid.
  • Add the boiled eggs when the gravy becomes thick.
  • Garnish with more curry leaves and serve.
