Ingredients to make Egg Puff :
- Puff pastry sheets – 6
- Onion – 5
- Boiled Eggs – 3
- Chilly powder – 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 1/4 tsp
- Cumin powder – 1/4th tsp
- Turmeric powder – little
- Garam Masala powder – a pinch
- Coriander leaves – for garnishing
- Salt according to taste.
How to make Egg Puff :
Heat oil in a non stick pan, fry onions till they are translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell disappears.
Add in all the spices and fry well. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Arrange puff pastry sheets on baking tray. Place a spoonful of onions mixture in centre of puff pastry sheet, then put half egg and seal the ends of puff pastry like an envelope by bringing the 4 corners together in centre.
Insert a toothpick for easy baking. Repeat with the rest. Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes till golden brown or as per instructions given on puff pastry packet.
