How to make Egg Puff

    Ingredients to make Egg Puff :

  • Puff pastry sheets – 6
  • Onion – 5
  • Boiled Eggs – 3
  • Chilly powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin powder – 1/4th tsp
  • Turmeric powder – little
  • Garam Masala powder – a pinch
  • Coriander leaves – for garnishing
  • Salt according to taste.

    How to make Egg Puff :

  • Heat oil in a non stick pan, fry onions till they are translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell disappears.
  • Add in all the spices and fry well. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Arrange puff pastry sheets on baking tray. Place a spoonful of onions mixture in centre of puff pastry sheet, then put half egg and seal the ends of puff pastry like an envelope by bringing the 4 corners together in centre.
  • Insert a toothpick for easy baking. Repeat with the rest. Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes till golden brown or as per instructions given on puff pastry packet.
