How to make Dosa Sandwich with Potato Masala

    Ingredients to make Dosa Sandwich with Potato Masala :

  • 2cups Dosa batter
  • 6 Bread Slices
  • Onion (chopped)
  • Oil
  • Potato Masala –
  • Potatoes (cooked)
  • Onion (chopped)
  • Green Chillies (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1tsp garam Masala powder
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • few Curry Leaves 

    How to make Dosa Sandwich with Potato Masala :

  • Heat enough oil, add cumin seeds and curry leaves, add the chopped onions,chopped green chillies,saute until the onions turn translucent.
  • Add the garam masala powder,turmeric powder,salt and cook in medium flame, sprinkle some water and cook until the onions get cooked.
  • Finally add the mashed potatoes,cook for few more minutes until the masala gets well cooked. Keep aside to cool.
  • Assembling – Heat few drops of oil, add the onions and saute until the onions turn translucent, add onions to the dosa batter. Take the onion loaded dosa batter in a flat plate.
  • Place the potato masala inside a bread slice, top it with an another bread slice. Now spoon the dosa batter well over the prepared sandwich.
  • Heat enough oil in a tawa, place the prepared sandwich to the hot tawa, cook in medium flame until the crust turns brown, flip the sandwich and cook well the other side.
  • Slice it into two and serve immediately.
