How to make Dosa

    Ingredients to make Dosa :

  • 2 cups of idli Rice
  • 1/2 cup of Urad Dal
  • Rock Salt 1 tablespoon

    How to make Dosa :

  • Dosa
  • Make a smooth batter of idli rice and urad dal soaking them for 4 hrs. Leave it to ferment for 4hrs
  • Heat a tawa with a drop of oil and grease it with a cut onion
  • Pour 1 big spoonful of fermented batter and spread evenly making rounds
  • Pour a tablespoon of oil in it and try to spread it over the dosa rotating the tawa
  • Cover it and let it cook for 2 minutes
  • Open the lid and flip it out for serving
  • Serve hot with any chutney and sambar
