How to make Dhaba paneer

    Ingredients to make Dhaba paneer :

  • Paneer 250 gms
  • Onions 3 [chopped]
  • Tomatoes 2 [grind into a paste]
  • Salt
  • Red Chilly powder -1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Green Chilly – 2
  • Coriander leaves [handful]
  • Coriander powder -1 tsp
  • refined oil/Ghee

    How to make Dhaba paneer :

  • Heat a wok with some ghee/oil.
  • Add the chopped onion and saute till golden brown.
  • Add the powdered masalas, salt and tomatoes.
  • Cook till the masala leaves oil, then add the water for the gravy. once it bubbles, add the paneer cubes.
  • Check for salt and garnish with some coriander leaves and serve.
