Ingredients to make Dhaba paneer :
- Paneer 250 gms
- Onions 3 [chopped]
- Tomatoes 2 [grind into a paste]
- Red Chilly powder -1 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
- Green Chilly – 2
- Coriander leaves [handful]
- Coriander powder -1 tsp
- refined oil/Ghee
How to make Dhaba paneer :
Heat a wok with some ghee/oil.
Add the chopped onion and saute till golden brown.
Add the powdered masalas, salt and tomatoes.
Cook till the masala leaves oil, then add the water for the gravy. once it bubbles, add the paneer cubes.
Check for salt and garnish with some coriander leaves and serve.
