How to make Dabeli Sandwich

    Ingredients to make Dabeli Sandwich :

  • 3-4 boiled Potatoes
  • 1 tsp chaat Masala
  • 6 pav buns
  • 1 tsp garam Masala
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Anar dana fruit seeds
  • Nylon sev
  • Butter for roasting pav
  • Roasted Masala peanuts (grind peanut coarsely before using, enjoy the crunchy taste)
  • Coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • Garlic chutney (8-10 garlic cloves, red chilli powder, Salt, lemon juice, little water,1 tomato grind together)
  • Sweet imli and gur/Jaggery chutney
  • 1 medium blub of finely chopped Onion

    How to make Dabeli Sandwich :

  • Grate the boiled potatoes. Keep aside.
  • Heat oil on a low flame.
  • In a separate small bowl add few tbsps of water, chaat masala, garam masala, sugar and salt. Mix well and add in the pan.
  • Saute for a few seconds and add in the potato mash mix. After a few minutes turn off the flame.
  • Cover it for a few minutes until masalas get soaked with in the potatoes.
  • Take pav cut from centre. Spread garlic chutney first then sweet chutney and spread mashed potatoes mix.
  • Add coarsely ground peanuts, anar dana seeds, coriander leaves chopped, roll pav sides in nylon sev.
  • Roast on a hot pan with some butter on both the sides for a few seconds and serve hot.
