Cottage Cheese with Mango pickle

1> 400 gm cottage cheese
2> 350 gm curd
3> 40 gm mix spicy mango pickle chopped
4> 20 gm ginger paste
5> 10 gm red chilli paste
6> 5 cloves garlic paste
7> Juice of 1 lemon
8> 30 gm cashuenuts paste
9> 1 tablespoon garam masala powder
10> a little red colour,
11> 40 ml refined oil and salt to taste….

Cut cottage cheese in to chunks. Slit cottage from 1 side and stuff chopped pickle in to it. beat curd and put ginger,garlic, red chilli paste, lemone juice, red colour, garam masala salt and oil to it. mix it well and put these paste on stuff cottage cheese.let it rest for 20 to 30 minutes in freeze.then cook it on open fire…Garnish it with lemon and coriander… then its ready to eat..!!
