How to make Chicken Fry

    Ingredients to make Chicken Fry :

  • 1/2 kg Chicken
  • 3 medium sized Onions
  • 2 medium sized Tomato
  • Chopped Cilantro 2tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 1/2 tesp
  • 1/2tesp Turmeric powder
  • 3 tesp Chilli powder
  • 4 tesp corriander powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Saunf 1tesp
  • 1 1/ 2 cup Water

    How to make Chicken Fry :

  • Place a pan on medium heat,add oil, once hot add saunf.
  • Once it splutters add chopped onion and saute till light brown.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell vanishes.
  • Add chopped tomato and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • To it add turmeric, salt, chilli powder and coriander powder, lower the flame and saute for a minute.
  • Add chicken and mix well, add water stir and cook on low flame ,with lid covered.
  • Once chicken is cooked increase flame, add chopped cilantro and deep fry the dish stiring often.
  • Yummy chicken fry is ready.
