How to make Besan Laddoo with Peanut butter

    Ingredients to make Besan Laddoo with Peanut butter :

  • 1 Cup Besan or Chickpea Flour or Gram Flour
  • 200 gms Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar or to taste
  • 1 tsp Powdered Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsps Melted Chocolate

    How to make Besan Laddoo with Peanut butter :

  • Roast the chickpea flour or besan in a heavy bottomed wok or pan with the oil on low flame till light brown and a nutty aroma emanates from the flour which will take around 15-20 minutes.
  • Once done, switch off the flame and add the peanut butter and mix well with a spatula and as it gets warm from hot use your hands to mix.
  • Now add the sugar and cinnamon and mix well and form the Ladoos with the palm of your hands.
  • Melt the chocolate on a double boiler or in a microwave and with the help of a disposable bag with its tip cut slightly, drizzle on the Ladoos to form designs.
  • Serve them in decorative paper liners to give a festive look.
