Ingredients to make Besan Laddoo with Peanut butter :
- 1 Cup Besan or Chickpea Flour or Gram Flour
- 200 gms Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar or to taste
- 1 tsp Powdered Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsps Melted Chocolate
How to make Besan Laddoo with Peanut butter :
Roast the chickpea flour or besan in a heavy bottomed wok or pan with the oil on low flame till light brown and a nutty aroma emanates from the flour which will take around 15-20 minutes.
Once done, switch off the flame and add the peanut butter and mix well with a spatula and as it gets warm from hot use your hands to mix.
Now add the sugar and cinnamon and mix well and form the Ladoos with the palm of your hands.
Melt the chocolate on a double boiler or in a microwave and with the help of a disposable bag with its tip cut slightly, drizzle on the Ladoos to form designs.
Serve them in decorative paper liners to give a festive look.
