Ingredients to make Bakerkhani / Bakar Khani (Pakistani Style) :
- 250 grams All Purpose Flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tspn Salt
- 50 grams Sugar
- 1 Egg for Egg wash preparation
- 50 grams ghee or Butter (ghee is better though) vegetable ghee ie dalda or pure as per choice)
- 1 tspn baking powder optional
How to make Bakerkhani / Bakar Khani (Pakistani Style) :

Sieve together salt , All purpose flour and baking powder

Rest the flour covered for at least an hour
- Start rolling in into thin long rolls and form these
- Now form jalebi of the roll and press

Press and now start pressing all sides to seal the centre layers to not break

Beat one egg for egg wash and take some sugar in a bowl
- Preheat oven for 15 minutes at 180° Cand place these on greased baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes

Use center rack with both the rods on to get crust both on top and bottom
