Ingredients to make Badam pista Shrikhand :
- 1kg of full fat milk Curd
- 500 gms powdered Sugar
- Pinch of Saffron strands
- 1/4 tsp Green Cardamom powder
- 10-12 Pistachios finely chopped
- 10-12 Almonds finely chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped Pistachios and almonds for garnishing
- 2 tbsp Milk
How to make Badam pista Shrikhand :
Keep the curd in a muslin cloth and tie it to a height keep it over night and let the water drip out completely. 1kg of curd will yield around 500 gms of hung curd..
Heat up the milk add the saffron strands to it and keep it aside
Take a mixing bowl add the hung curd to it…add the powdered sugar add the chopped pistachios and almonds and cardamom powder and mix it well.
Add the saffron milk. Mix it well…garnish with some chopped pistachios and almonds… serve it as it is….or keep it in the fridge for 30 mins
