How to make Badam pista Shrikhand

    Ingredients to make Badam pista Shrikhand :

  • 1kg of full fat milk Curd
  • 500 gms powdered Sugar
  • Pinch of Saffron strands
  • 1/4 tsp Green Cardamom powder
  • 10-12 Pistachios finely chopped
  • 10-12 Almonds finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp chopped Pistachios and almonds for garnishing
  • 2 tbsp Milk

    How to make Badam pista Shrikhand :

  • Keep the curd in a muslin cloth and tie it to a height keep it over night and let the water drip out completely. 1kg of curd will yield around 500 gms of hung curd..
  • Heat up the milk add the saffron strands to it and keep it aside
  • Take a mixing bowl add the hung curd to it…add the powdered sugar add the chopped pistachios and almonds and cardamom powder and mix it well.
  • Add the saffron milk. Mix it well…garnish with some chopped pistachios and almonds… serve it as it is….or keep it in the fridge for 30 mins
