Ingredients to cook Vegetarian Momos (Egg less) :
- 250 gms refined Flour
- 100 gms Oil
- 250 gms grated Cabbage
- Tomato sauce one cup
- Vinegar half cup
- Garlic 10-12
- Red Chilli powder two tsp
- Salt to taste
How to cook Vegetarian Momos (Egg less) :
Make a Dough with maida, oil, salt and water.
Fillings add two tsp oil in a heated frying pan add grated cabbage, one tsp vinegar pinch of salt.
Stir for a few minutes.
Now spread dough and fill with cabbage and fold like a dim sum.
Steam for fifteen minutes.
Add two tsp oil in a heated frying pan add garlic paste, red chilli powder,vinegar, pinch of sugar, half cup tomato sauce, salt to taste. Cook for a few minutes.
Serve with red chilli sauce and green chilli sauce
