Ingredients to cook Vegetarian Momos (Egg less) :

  • 250 gms refined Flour
  • 100 gms Oil
  • 250 gms grated Cabbage
  • Tomato sauce one cup
  • Vinegar half cup
  • Garlic 10-12
  • Red Chilli powder two tsp
  • Salt to taste

How to cook Vegetarian Momos (Egg less) :

  • Make a Dough with maida, oil, salt and water.
  • Fillings add two tsp oil in a heated frying pan add grated cabbage, one tsp vinegar pinch of salt.
  • Stir for a few minutes.
  • Now spread dough and fill with cabbage and fold like a dim sum.
  • Steam for fifteen minutes.
  • Add two tsp oil in a heated frying pan add garlic paste, red chilli powder,vinegar, pinch of sugar, half cup tomato sauce, salt to taste. Cook for a few minutes.
  • Serve with red chilli sauce and green chilli sauce
