Ingredients for Vegan Pancake :

  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup soya milk
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • mixed fruits as required
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup

How to Cook Vegan Pancake :

  1. To prepare this pancake recipe, mix together all purpose flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a large bowl. To this, add the soya milk and vegetable oil, and make a smooth batter.
  2. Now, heat a non-stick pan on high flame. Once it is hot enough, lower the flame and using a ladle put the batter on the pan. When one side is cooked, flip the pancake and cook from the other side for about 2 minutes.
  3. Repeat the process to prepare more such pancakes and transfer in a plate. Garnish with mixed fruits and pour maple syrup over the pancakes.
  4. Serve hot.
