Ingredients for Tandoori Gobhi :
- 5 Nos Cloves
- 1/2 Sticks Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom Seeds
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/8 tsp Nutmeg Powder
- 1/2 tsp Dry Ginger Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Methi Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Ajwain
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1/2 Cup Curd
- 2 Tbsp Dry Roasted Besan
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Ground Masala
- 500 Gram Gobhi
How to Cook Tandoori Gobhi :
- First grind Cloves, Cinnamon, Cardamom Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Nutmeg Powder, Dry Ginger Powder, Coriander Powder, Methi Seeds and Ajwain to prepare a masala.
- In a bowl add ginger garlic paste, Curd, Dry Roasted Besan, Oil, Red Chilli Powder, Black Pepper Powder and Salt. Whisk thoroughly.
- Add the tandoori masala to the paste and whisk well.
- Put the Gobhi into the bowl and thoroughly coat it with the mixture.
- Marinate for 15 minutes.
- After marination grill it for about 20-25 minutes at 220 degree C.
- Serve Tandoori gobhi hot along with green chutney.
