How to Cook Sweet Potato Tots

Ingredients for Sweet Potato Tots :

  • 450 gm sweet potato
  • 1 cup brown rice flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

How to Cook Sweet Potato Tots :

  1. Pre-heat the oven to a temperature of 375 degrees Celsius. Now, in a deep bottom vessel boil water along with sweet potatoes over full flame till they appear tender.
  2. Drain these potatoes from the vessel and set aside. Let them cool. Once they have cooled down, peel the potatoes. Mash them well using your hands and transfer to a large bowl. Add flour to this and mix well.
  3. Start making tiny balls out of this mixture and slide them into the pre-heated oven for a minimum 30 minutes or until they are cooked well. After 30 minutes, take these out of the oven.
  4. Serve hot.
