Ingredients for Sweet Potato Tots :
- 450 gm sweet potato
- 1 cup brown rice flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
How to Cook Sweet Potato Tots :
- Pre-heat the oven to a temperature of 375 degrees Celsius. Now, in a deep bottom vessel boil water along with sweet potatoes over full flame till they appear tender.
- Drain these potatoes from the vessel and set aside. Let them cool. Once they have cooled down, peel the potatoes. Mash them well using your hands and transfer to a large bowl. Add flour to this and mix well.
- Start making tiny balls out of this mixture and slide them into the pre-heated oven for a minimum 30 minutes or until they are cooked well. After 30 minutes, take these out of the oven.
- Serve hot.
