How to Cook Sweet Milk Poha

Ingredients for Sweet Milk Poha :

  • 1/2 cup brown rice poha
  • 2 tablespoon coconut
  • 3 tablespoon jaggery syrup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 banana

How to Cook Sweet Milk Poha :

  1. Rinse the poha under cold water to remove any impurities. Strain the water completely and keep it aside. The poha would get softened under cold water. Next, take a small bowl and add the chopped banana, jaggery syrup along with grated coconut to it and mix it well. Make sure the bananas are well coated with the syrup.
  2. Now, transfer the banana mix in to the poha bowl and mix it well. Meanwhile, place a pan over medium flame and add milk in it. Let it get warm and then take it off the flame. Add this warm milk to the poha-banana mix and whisk it well. Once done, serve it in a bowl and enjoy!
