How to cook Shahi Badam Halwa

    Ingredients to cook Shahi Badam Halwa :

  • Almonds – 100 gms (powdered)
  • Ghee – 1/2 cup
  • Milk – 2 cups
  • Sugar – 3 tbsp
  • Mawa – 100 gms
  • Chopped nuts – for garnishing

    How to cook Shahi Badam Halwa :

  • Heat ghee, add powdered almonds and stir continuously until they turn brown.
  • Now add milk and sugar and cook until it thickens.
  • Then add the khowa and cook well until ghee leaves on sides and the halwa is dry.
  • Finally spread this on a serving dish.
  • Decorate with chopped nuts and silver warq.
