Ingredients to cook Shahi Badam Halwa :
- Almonds – 100 gms (powdered)
- Ghee – 1/2 cup
- Milk – 2 cups
- Sugar – 3 tbsp
- Mawa – 100 gms
- Chopped nuts – for garnishing
How to cook Shahi Badam Halwa :
Heat ghee, add powdered almonds and stir continuously until they turn brown.
Now add milk and sugar and cook until it thickens.
Then add the khowa and cook well until ghee leaves on sides and the halwa is dry.
Finally spread this on a serving dish.
Decorate with chopped nuts and silver warq.
