Ingredients for Paneer Veg Rolls :

  • 9 chapatis
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 3 teaspoon dry mango powder
  • 18 leaves coriander leaves
  • 3 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • salt as required
  • 2 cup flour
  • water as required
  • 300 gm paneer
  • 2 capsicum (green pepper)

How to Cook Paneer Veg Rolls :

  1. In a large pan, heat oil over a medium flame. Add chopped onions to it and stir fry them till it turns golden brown. Now, add capsicums, chopped paneer cubes and saute for sometime.
  2. After sometime, add cumin powder, salt and red chili powder to it. Mix well. After a minute add dry mango powder, coriander leaves and stir the whole mixture again properly. Switch off the flame and keep it aside.
  3. Now knead the flour using water and make 8 chapatis out of it. One by one, start filling the mixture prepared in the pan above in between the chapatis and start rolling it tightly from the sides. Your Paneer veg rolls are now ready to be served.
