How to cook Paneer Tikka Masala

    Ingredients to cook Paneer Tikka Masala :

  • Paneer marination ingredients:
  • Paneer – 500 gms
  • Curd – 3-4 tbsp
  • Ginger – garlic paste – 2 tsp
  • Garam Masala – 1 tsp
  • Chili powder – 1 tsp
  • Mustard oil – 1/2 tbsp
  • For gravy:
  • Onion – 2 medium
  • Tomato puree of 3 medium size Tomatoes
  • Ginger – garlic paste – 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1-2 tsp
  • Cumin powder – 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Garam Masala 1-2 tsp
  • Cashew and magaz paste 3-4 tbsp
  • Fresh Cream 2-3 tbsp
  • Kasuri Methi 1-2 tsp

    How to cook Paneer Tikka Masala :

  • Marinate paneer with marinated ingredients for 40-45 minutes. Put paneer into the microwave grill combination for 7-8 minutes, then flip over paneer again use the same combination method for 7-8 minutes.
  • Heat pan with 3-4 tbsp of oil, add sliced onion, fry till it turns into brown in color and then make brown onion paste.
  • Again heat pan with remaining oil. Add ginger- garlic paste, keep stirring, now add brown onion paste, tomato puree, cashew and magaz paste. Stir continuously.
  • Add turmeric, chili, cumin, coriander powder, salt to taste and mix well.
  • When oil start separating, add a little water. Give a good stir, add paneer tikka and mix well carefully.
  • Add garam masala, fresh cream, crush kasuri methi, give a nice stir. Keep the gravy as per your desire consistency. Check for seasoning.
  • Paneer tikka masala ready to serve. Serve it with naan, roti or whatever you like.
