Ingredients to cook Paneer Tikka Masala :
- Paneer marination ingredients:
- Paneer – 500 gms
- Curd – 3-4 tbsp
- Ginger – garlic paste – 2 tsp
- Garam Masala – 1 tsp
- Chili powder – 1 tsp
- Mustard oil – 1/2 tbsp
- For gravy:
- Onion – 2 medium
- Tomato puree of 3 medium size Tomatoes
- Ginger – garlic paste – 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1-2 tsp
- Cumin powder – 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Salt as required
- Garam Masala 1-2 tsp
- Cashew and magaz paste 3-4 tbsp
- Fresh Cream 2-3 tbsp
- Kasuri Methi 1-2 tsp
How to cook Paneer Tikka Masala :

Marinate paneer with marinated ingredients for 40-45 minutes. Put paneer into the microwave grill combination for 7-8 minutes, then flip over paneer again use the same combination method for 7-8 minutes.

Heat pan with 3-4 tbsp of oil, add sliced onion, fry till it turns into brown in color and then make brown onion paste.

Again heat pan with remaining oil. Add ginger- garlic paste, keep stirring, now add brown onion paste, tomato puree, cashew and magaz paste. Stir continuously.

Add turmeric, chili, cumin, coriander powder, salt to taste and mix well.

When oil start separating, add a little water. Give a good stir, add paneer tikka and mix well carefully.

Add garam masala, fresh cream, crush kasuri methi, give a nice stir. Keep the gravy as per your desire consistency. Check for seasoning.

Paneer tikka masala ready to serve. Serve it with naan, roti or whatever you like.
