Ingredients for Paneer Moilee :

  • 3 cup coconut milk
  • 30 gm curry leaves
  • 1 kilograms paneer
  • 4 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 4 medium onion
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 6 teaspoon refined oil
  • 4 teaspoon garlic paste
  • salt as required
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 6 pieces green chillies

How to Cook Paneer Moilee :

  1. Slice onions and slit green chilies on a chopping board. Cut paneer into pieces and keep it aside. Heat oil In a pan, add curry leaves, onions and mustard seeds.
  2. Saute them until onions become tender. Add garlic and ginger paste to the mix and saute them until the raw smell of ginger-garlic goes away.
  3. Add slitted green chilies, turmeric powder, coconut milk, paneer, and salt to the pan. Saute the ingredients for a few minutes. Post that, your dish is ready to be served!
