Ingredients for Pala Burelu :
- 3 cup rice flour
- 2 green cardamom
- 2 cup jaggery
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- refined oil as required
- 1 pinch salt
How to Cook Pala Burelu :
- In a large mixing bowl, add rice flour, cardamom, jaggery, all-purpose flour, milk and 1 pinch of salt. Mix well with a whisking spoon and make a thick and smooth batter out of these ingredients.
- Now, heat oil in a kadhai over medium flame and drop one tablespoon full of batter. Repeat the process and put 5-6 balls in the oil in one go and deep-fry them until they turn golden brown in colour. Fry batch by batch, don’t overload the kadhai. Take them out on a tissue paper to soak excess oil and serve hot.
