Ingredients for Mixed Vegetable Pasta :
- 4 pureed tomato
- 100 gm broccoli
- 100 gm red bell pepper
- 100 gm yellow bell pepper
- 150 gm fresh cream
- salt as required
- 1/3 teaspoon sugar
- 1 pinch red chilli powder
- 4 cloves garlic
- 200 gm pasta penne
- chilli flakes as required
- 1 handful grated parmesan cheese
How to Cook Mixed Vegetable Pasta :
- To prepare this main dish recipe, add pasta in a saucepan containing water and place it over medium flame. Let the pasta boil. Once done, strain it in a colander. Set it aside for a while.
- For the sauce, Place a pan over medium flame and add tomato puree in it. Now, add garlic, red chilli, sugar and salt in it. Stir it well and let it cook until it thickens. Once done, take it off the flame.
- Place a another pan over medium flame and add chopped bell peppers, baby corn and broccoli in it. Stir for 2-3 minutes and pour the sauce in it. Toss it well to coat the vegetables in it. Next, add boiled pasta in it and mix it well. At the end, pour the fresh cream in it and mix it well. Make sure the pasta and vegetables are evenly coated with the sauce. Once done, transfer it in a plate and garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.
