Ingredients to cook Makhanwala Paneer :
- 250 gms Paneer
- 150 gms Tomato puree
- 200 gms fresh Cream
- 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp garam Masala powder
- 2 tbsp dried Fenugreek leaves
- 2-3 tbsp Butter
- Salt as per taste
How to cook Makhanwala Paneer :

Take a pan and melt in the butter, add the fenugreek leaves, tomato puree,turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Stir well, then let it simmer and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Next pour in the cream and garam masala powder, and cook it further for 2-3 minutes.

Add in the paneer pieces along with salt to taste and cook it for a few minutes.

Serve this dish hot garnished with a few coriander leaves.
