How to cook Makhanwala Paneer

Ingredients to cook Makhanwala Paneer :

  • 250 gms Paneer
  • 150 gms Tomato puree
  • 200 gms fresh Cream
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam Masala powder
  • 2 tbsp dried Fenugreek leaves
  • 2-3 tbsp Butter
  • Salt as per taste

    How to cook Makhanwala Paneer :

  • Take a pan and melt in the butter, add the fenugreek leaves, tomato puree,turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Stir well, then let it simmer and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  • Next pour in the cream and garam masala powder, and cook it further for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add in the paneer pieces along with salt to taste and cook it for a few minutes.
  • Serve this dish hot garnished with a few coriander leaves.
