How to Cook Kuttu ki Puri

Ingredients for Kuttu Ki Puri :

  • 200 Gram Buckwheat Flour
  • 2 Potatoes (boiled), mashed
  • 2 tsp Rock Salt
  • For frying Desi Ghee

How to Cook Kuttu ki Puri :

  1. Sieve the flour in a bowl with the help of a flour sieve.
  2. Add boiled mashed potato and salt and mix it together.
  3. Make soft dough; keep aside for 30 minutes to rest the dough.
  4. Cut small balls from the dough and flatten it in a round shape.
  5. Deep fry the poori in hot ghee and serve hot.
