How to cook Kerala Fish Fry

    Ingredients to cook Kerala Fish Fry :

  • 2 large King Fish steaks, cleaned
  • 1 tsp. Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp. kashmiri red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp. Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Lime juice
  • coconut Oil to fry

    How to cook Kerala Fish Fry :

  • Make a paste of ginger-garlic paste, salt, chili powder, oil and lime juice with little water.
  • Rub this paste on the fish steaks and marinate for an hour.
  • Heat 1 tsp. oil on a tawa / pan and shallow fry the steak.
  • When done on one side, flip it over to the other side and apply little more oil if required.
  • Fry the fish to a golden colour on both sides.
  • Serve, garnished with onion, lemon & green chilies.
