Ingredients to cook Japanese Omelette Rice :
- Rice pre-cooked – 1 Bowl
- Veggies, mix – 1 Bowl ( Carrot, Pineapple, corn and onions)
- Tomato ketchup – 3 tsp
- White Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce – 1 tsp
- Salt as per the taste
- Cheese slices – 2
- Egg – 2
- Milk – 1 tsp
- Oil – 2 tsp
How to cook Japanese Omelette Rice :
In a wok add oil let it heat then add onions and rest of the veggies, add salt, pepper.
Worcestershire sauce, tomato ketchup, rice and finally break the cheese slices, saute for while.
For Omelette: break the eggs, add salt, white pepper, powder, milk and whisk well.
Now on a tawa, add one spoon oil, spread the egg mix and make a thin layered Omelette.
Add fried rice in between and fold it as we fold to make a pocket.
Decorate the dish with Tomato ketchup.
