How to cook Japanese Omelette Rice

    Ingredients to cook Japanese Omelette Rice :

  • Rice pre-cooked – 1 Bowl
  • Veggies, mix – 1 Bowl ( Carrot, Pineapple, corn and onions)
  • Tomato ketchup – 3 tsp
  • White Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce – 1 tsp
  • Salt as per the taste
  • Cheese slices – 2
  • Egg – 2
  • Milk – 1 tsp
  • Oil – 2 tsp

    How to cook Japanese Omelette Rice :

  • In a wok add oil let it heat then add onions and rest of the veggies, add salt, pepper.
  • Worcestershire sauce, tomato ketchup, rice and finally break the cheese slices, saute for while.
  • For Omelette: break the eggs, add salt, white pepper, powder, milk and whisk well.
  • Now on a tawa, add one spoon oil, spread the egg mix and make a thin layered Omelette.
  • Add fried rice in between and fold it as we fold to make a pocket.
  • Decorate the dish with Tomato ketchup.
