How to cook Gatte Ki Sabji

    Ingredients to cook Gatte Ki Sabji :

  • 1 cup Besan
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
  • A pinch of Hing
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp roasted Cumin
  • 1 tsp Pudina chopped fine
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 big cup Curd whisked
  • Oil

    How to cook Gatte Ki Sabji :

  • Take besan, turmeric, coriander, cumin, chilly, salt and mix well.
  • Add mint and curd in the bowl along with baking soda.
  • Knead it into a dough.
  • Add oil and knead till smooth.
  • Roll the dough into thin strips and boil in water.
  • Once done, carefully cut the strips into pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add chillies and cumin.
  • Add onions and saute for 3-4 mins.
  • Add turmeric, corander, hing, chilly powder and salt.
  • Cook for few minutes and sprinkle some water.
  • Add curd and mix well.
  • Once the oil comes to the surface add the gattas.
  • Add coriander leaves and cook for another 5-6 mins.
  • Serve hot with bajra roti.
